By accessing or using any Tropical Network services, including our Minecraft servers, FiveM servers, Discord community, website, or any related platforms (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, staff members, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Accounts that are found to be operated by users under 13 will be terminated without notice, in accordance with applicable law.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: harassment, hate speech, discrimination, cheating, exploiting game bugs, impersonating staff members, advertising competing services, sharing inappropriate content, and any form of griefing or toxic behavior.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or transmit through our Services, including messages in-game, on Discord, or on any associated platforms.

Staff members have the authority to take action against users who violate these conduct rules, including warnings, temporary mutes or bans, and permanent removal from the community.

Using cheats, hacks, mods, or third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in any of our game servers.

Attempting to exploit, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of our servers, websites, or infrastructure.

Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.

Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of our Services, including DDoS attacks or server stress testing.

Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users without their consent.

Using our Services for any commercial purpose without our explicit written permission.

Some areas of our Services offer optional paid features, ranks, or cosmetics ("Purchases"). All Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Virtual items, ranks, and in-game privileges have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any paid feature or virtual item at any time without notice or liability.

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us at billing@tropicalnetwork.net within 7 days of the transaction.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team may result in a permanent ban from our Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, for any reason, with or without notice.

Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity and frequency.

Banned users may appeal their ban by submitting an appeal through our Discord server. All appeal decisions made by Senior Staff are final.

Circumventing a ban by creating alternate accounts will result in the alternate account being banned as well and may extend any existing ban.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tropical Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Rockstar Games. Minecraft and FiveM are the property of their respective owners.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via our Discord server or website announcements.

Your continued use of the Services after any modification to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
